Quick geography note: Sunnyvale is part of the SF Bay Area sprawl. You should post this either on the SF or SJ forum.

you should post this int the San Jose forum because the two cities are next to each other. when you post it there, more people will see it and will be able to help you further.

Yes, post it in the San Jose forum. I don't know why there are SF and SJ separate forums. There should be one Bay Area forum instead, as often people post in one when the other would be a better choice.

OP, what do you want to know about Sunnyvale? I live there.

I don't think Sunnyvale or any other cities in the South Bay area particularly racist. However, while the area has a large Indian and Asian population, the number of African Americans is not that great. I don't think people will be overtly racist to you, but you'll just need to accept the fact that most people are of a different race than you. However, I'm white and I encounter the same thing in this area.
