I disagree. I doubt very much relocated Californians carry around any North versus South nonsense with them to any large degree.

I got a kick out of the "growing oleander flowers is against the law." Those use to grow in the middle dividers on the highways.
Ice Plant with Slugs grows all over on the Freeways in CA....
