Default Average utility bills Orcutt Santa Maria

I will be moving to the Orcutt Santa Maria area in March. What are the average utility bills for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 adults and 2 kids?
What is usually bundled together (Ie. sewer and water and trash is one bill)
Thanks

I live about 20 min north. The weather is mild, and no cooling is necessary. Just nat gas or elect heat in winter.

for a 3/2 with 3 adults(1 senior) power and gas runs about 80-120/month. WSG is about 20-80 per month, depending on time of year and water use. We have an acre but all landscaping is very low water use. No huge lawns and we are careful with water use.

Water is the main issue with Nipomo. Our water basin is in overdraft. Your water district has lots--it imported water via the state water project.

Prices will be going up especially with all the developement going on in the Santa Maria valley. The local water co can give you an average use per the size household. Google Santa Maria and you'll find lots of sites to help you.

Default Orcutt Utilities

Hi,
I live in Orcutt in a little bit larger home than you inquired about, but here are the utility bills that I pay monthly for my family of 5:
PG&E-electricity:$100
The Gas Co:$60
Water: $40-$80 depending on the season
Trash:$55 every other month
The gas and electric are on a level pay plan so this is the bill every month until they adjust it.
I hope you enjoy Orcutt--we do!
Hope this helps!
