guy's.... Has to be over 10K and under 30K...

That's pretty much Healdsburg, Windsor or Sonoma.... Though IMO Sebastopol, Forestville, Tomales, Bodega, Valley Ford, Occidental, Freestone... are more up my alley...
Stop in vally ford and get some cheese and butter, then up to Freestone to get the best bread on earth... Head over to an orchard in Sebastopol find a spot under an apple tree, and have a feast..., opps forgot to get some fresh oysters on Tomales bay

keep in mind that some of these places (and, the others nearby) are very close together, so it's not necessarily an "either - or" until actually visiting them, and then deciding once you get there. and, there are lots of unincorporated areas between the cities that have single family housing, such as the russian river communities.

the total population of some places, such as sebastopol, is UNDER 10,000, yet when you add up all the nearby unincorporated farming and forested areas, the population reaches between your goal of 10K to 30000
