Yeah, we all know how many rapes, robberies, murders, and carjackings are being committed by those other groups you mention.

Thinking about gangs from a racial perspective is a distraction, even if you can statistically prove that gangs in this or that area is comprised mainly of this or that ethnic or racial group. I could say that the Hell's Angels or Bandidos just proves that white people are violent, crime-bent and love to terrorize. The problem of gangs has to do with crime, economics and social issues, not race. It's a human problem, not a racial one. Do we really need to keep going over this?
