Where can i buy the scrap bottle?
Long story thought. i held of some recycle companies at the past 4 days. Most of them told me they don;t sell the scrap bottles or any kind of material, they just recycle them. I just can't understand that, as my understanding, if you recycle companies get the scrap bottles or metal from people, you have to send those scrap stuffs to somewhere at sometime, right?
Anyway, i want to buy the scrap bottles ,plastic . etc. Anyone have resources just let me know. I need a lot of them!

I talked to Carecycling.com , they told me if i want to buy plastic from state, i get become a processor first , that process will take about 5 months.

I need some usefull info .
I had some threads in here, most of guys just said something stupid , but i didn't care at all, not just scrap bottles but also tire bales , one of my family member want to buy those stuff, but i got nothing all those days.
