Hoping someone can help me...are there any upscale apartment/townhome complexes in Arroyo Grande? Would prefer to live in a house but given the difficulty of finding a rental home from 1,800 miles away is proving to be a headache and I'm thinking about getting into an apartment for a little while and then finding a house. Thanks!

Hi Cal, I just moved to Arroyo Grande, and there are no upscale apartment complex's, I don't even think there are apartment complex's, period.
Have you tried Craig's list? That's how I found my lovely unit. When/why are you moving here? It is a great place, for the month that I have been here!! Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

That was funny!!!!

Maybe you could also check realtor dot com. I think they list apartments too.
Scratch the realtor dot com site. I just did a quick search and they just listed homes for rent.
Good luck!
