I would agree with that. They tend to be more down to earth than you'd find with the hot women in SF, LA, OC or SD. Now, they also tend to be less educated/sophisticated and more religious, so pick your poison!

From my experience, San Diego and Sacramento.

Los Angeles is up there too, but too much plastic. SF has a lot of good looking women (though very few HOT ones, and quite a lot of frumpy ones).

Like any seat of government, Sacramento on the basis of looks alone. The Capitol is an eye feast just as Washington, D.C. was/is. The down-side is that they flock to power so unless you have some you're out in left field.

Depends what your looking for. For Asian women SF is one of the best cities in the country. For white women there really is a shortage of good looking white women. Also there aren't that many women 18-22. The core demographic in SF is 25-40.
