Train to do what?
Avoid responsibilities that individuals have to shoulder?
Or paper train?
Or ...
Sorry, couldn't help myself ...
50 lashes ...
I am not worthy ...

Corporate Speech Trainers. Professionals that help other professionals develop effective presentation skills. Specifically in the areas of public speaking, non-verbal communication and speech writing.

In my experience at numerous corporations, I had to go to off-site seminars to get this type of training. The companies paid for it but did not offer it themselves. Or they paid for a corporate training program, such as a Covey presenter, or whomever the latest & greatest is according to your CEO. Many corporations offer a limited leadership training resourcing their own training departments.
I just remembered that many city chamber of commerces offer a community leadership course to local business leaders-in-training. The course usually includes these topics. Another possibility would be state agencies or universities.

more ideas
I'm an RN and have worked for the past 20+ years in the corporate business world. I suggest that you also look at healthcare insurance/medical groups. They all have the own training departments, and some are more generous with their employees training. My previous division, state sponsored businesses with Blue Cross of Ca (now Anthem BC) was very good in this respect. My current company, not so much.
Isn't there a network for corporate trainers you could be working with, perhaps related to your own training? I'm trying to think of the companies who sponsor these type of training, like SkillPath. Check online for classes, then check those companies for opportunities. Or check with recruiters, or temp agencies for leads.
