Thanks for clarifying, I misunderstoood your comment. Problem for the OP is the Northeast areas don't have much corporate housing or even many apartment complexes. There are only maybe 5 complexes I can think of located in the Dominion or further north.
But never know what someone will pay or the area they'll like. The new lofts and apartments near downtown Fresno rent at about $1,300/mo for a 2 bed/2ba. Nice units and the area is urbanizing nicely with trendy stuff but that is similiar to the price for complexes in the Dominion area.
Sierra Sky Park? Nice area. I don't think anyone has ever beat their claim of "first residential airpark in the world".
