I don't think there's enough traffic for areas north of Santa Rosa and Sacramento.

Maybe in ten years, though, as people continue to be priced out of the Bay Area and the Sacramento suburbs (potentially) will grow ever northward.

Won't happen. Subforums in a specific state are either Counties or Cities of which some are multiples.

There's a Sacramento, San Francisco/Oakland, San Jose forum...Sacramento forum would be your best bet for anything farther north...or just use the general California forum since far NorCal just isn't that highly populated.
