Also remember -- the welfare recipients are not paying taxes. The tax on $0 income is $0.
As I just posted on another thread: Your repetitive posts of entirely false information regarding illegals and welfare pretty much clinch the title of "CD's Most Misinformed Poster" ... congratulations on that distinction.

Tax evasion is not "like trying to keep a pickpocket's hand out of your pocket" ... it is like theft ... in fact, it is precisely: theft ... from the government. To enjoy and be entitled to the many benefits of American citizenship and residency, you are required, by law, to pay all taxes you qualify to pay.

All citizens and residents -- even illegals -- in America pay taxes of a variety of kinds: income, social security insurance, real estate, personal property, estate, sales, vehicle, licensing, gasoline, liquor, hospitality, communications, and more. Only income taxes are progressive. At the lowest end of income earning scales, no income taxes are due. But those same exemptions do not extend to any other kinds of taxes. Thus: EVERYONE PAYS LOTS OF TAXES. EVERYONE. Get that?

The government didn't earn that money, the person who worked for it earned it. The government is just like a pickpocketer or extortionist -- grabbing money it didn't work for or earn.

Oh? The government doesn't provide you with:
national security
highways
social security
medicare
local and state security (that's police, Malamute)
fire protection in your community and for your wildlands
education for your children and the development of your community
water supply and water quality
sewage treatment
national, state, and local recreation
food supply security
food inspection
border control security
coastal and port security and safety
support for the arts and culture
libraries
pollution controls so you can breathe and swim and fish and drink water
agricultural subsides to manage your food supplies and availabilities
international trade agreements and enforcement to insure best prices while also protecting equal trade for American goods
(the list can go on at very great length)

You just think all that stuff is free, huh

They may not be paying income tax but they pay all other taxes, just like you and I, including, property tax, even if they are renters.

Null, I like your list, I am going to keep a copy.

It is obvious that anyone who earns income, purchases, or dies in the US pays taxes.

It is obvious that the government needs money to pay expenditures.

The disagreement come when we discuss who pays the money and who decides how the government spends the money.
