In the days when service stations actually gave you service (wiping the windows, checking the oil, topping off the radiator), the establishments often gave you interesting architecture to admire as well.

That Station is still in Ukiah! (I though the picture looked familiar) I used to live in Ukiah.

My dad's business is a few blocks from this station, I remember it as a kid and still see it today when I go up there. It stopped being a gas station a while back, I'm not even sure what it is today or if any business is operating in it.

If I recall correctly (IIRC ) there is a gas station behind the tree part on the same property.

There is a newer 76 gas station and self serve car wash to the right of it. At one point I think it was just being used for storage but that was a while back, I don't really pay much attention to it when I drive by it now but I have used the car wash next to it.
