The scenery is off the charts and I do love the little coastal towns with all the antique shops and quaint villages.

Also, look at Rhode Island. That is my second most favorite area. My husband and I were married in Watch Hill; another beautiful coastal area. We were married in a little white gazebo that overlooked the ocean with lots of yachts tied up, sailboats, etc. The village of Watch Hill is again filled with quaint little shops, very small and all people we met were veyond friendly.

Good luck with your move and come on over to the East Coast...lots of down home kind of folks who make great friends and great neighbors.
I've been told the economy in RI is worse than Cali, is that true? Connecticut I hadn't thought of, do you have names I can look up? Still close to shops/hospitals/restaurants etc?
