Hy everyone, this my opinion about Sandy Beach Glass in California.
Is the area called MacKerricher State Park in California presents an unusual scene for a beach, even for the whole world. Why? because the beach has sand from shattered glass, in contrast with the sand on most beaches in the world, this beach really made of glass with the average size of a coin.

how this beach has a sand glass? the story starts from the beginning of the 20th century when the area MacKerricher State Park many home-based factories that produce scattered glassware and the results of the factory waste to throw it to the beach. over time these plants gradually decreased and eventually disappeared. and the beach that used to be closed because the use of glass waste disposal site is now reopened, and the results of the waste glass is now eroded sea water and making glass pieces for coins and certainly not sharp.

There was a solid waste dump on the ocean for a long time up in Mendocino County. The glass has been polished, the rest off to somewhere else.

Edit: Why did I reply to this?
