Pretty Impressive Numbers, and i'm sure sooner or later you'll be adding San Bernardino County onto that list.

California has been more expensive than most other places for a very long time. But now the housing 'shortage' that helps drive the price includes millions of illegal aliens and real estate 'flippers' including agents themselves! If we had enough freeways (!) instead of the congested concrete parking lots (I live just north of SF), it would be worth the $ but right now it is debatable.

If you had enough freeways to allow the traffic to flow smoothly, there would be no room for houses.

Default Santa Rosa Plaza

So it looks like the nations biggest mall developer is going to be updating the Santa Rosa Mall in Sonoma County California. The problem is that the tax payers may be footing a large part of the bill! We want to hear how you feel!

"If you had enough freeways...no room for houses".

Drivel. We have the technology to double deck freeways, build them underground or whatever. They don't use that much land anyway. Fly over Caifornia in a private plane and try to find the freeways from the air. It's not easy - they occupy very little land.

Here's an even greater challenge. Try to find a land fill from the air. Almost impossible. I've tried. They use so little space yet the greenies fuss about needing to recycle everything.
