I attended lassen college for a simester and then i ran out of money so i couldnt continue i was trying to become a photographic editor. Now im currently just trying to find work so i can save money and get a house for me and my GF

Lol sorry tbh its not a bad place to visit for a while. But i wouldnt recomend any long tearm stay and stay away from the crack areas and youll be fine. Nothing big ever happens and crime is active at night.. you wont get mugged at random lol

Good luck with that, without a college degree! Though I can understand a reluctance to go into major debt, for that degree. There are one or two private colleges back East somewhere, that have a tuition-free program, where you work on campus in exchange for tuition. The students do a lot of the work that kitchen and maintenance staff normally do, so the college doesn't have to dire a lot of staff. Kinda cool. Not sure if something like that would interest you.... Catholic universities offer a lot of financial aid to those in need, as well.
