Richmond man sentenced to death for 2009 toll plaza murders, laughs it off - Inside Bay Area

Yes and this man is correct. In California, because of the liberal majority, he doesn't have anything to worry about. He won't be killed on death row. He will die of natural causes.

Not too mention, where are all the anti death penalty crowds protesting and complaining, another black man was sentenced (unfairly of course) to death? No where to be found. These liberals seem to cherry pick their death penalty cases.

Some of the Innocence Project's successes have resulted in rescuing innocent people from death row. The successes of the project have fueled American opposition to the death penalty and have likely been a factor in the decision by some American states to institute moratoria on judicial executions.

The fact is, you liberals don't care about the death penalty or care about justice. You can't fathom killing someone, because you lack the stomach for it. You are pansies and sissy's, so you hide behind money and possible innocence.

This man is GUILTY. PERIOD. He himself has admitted it and the overwhelming evidence proves he committed the crime. HE shouldn't be breathing oxygen as we speak.

Sometimes, just not all the time. Maybe even most of the time.

No thanks. I quite like the rule of law and the mandatory appeals process. Haven't you ever heard of coerced confessions?

30 years on death row ain't no picnic either.

Yeah, I'm a moderate. I'm pretty happy with Manson locked up for life even if his next parole hearing ain't for 15 years until he's 93 or so.

I guess my uncle the CHP officer doesn't agree with you either. Or my ex-brother in law and his wife who work at Pelican Bay as psych techs.

Sometimes Phil gets it wrong.

You can't guarantee everyone we execute is guilty. Hence the prolonged appeals process, which still finds errors that the Innocence Project uncovers.

So, you are saying this "man" is innocent?

Not at all. He might be as guilty as sin. He can rot in prison through his appeals process.

I'm not prepared to set up an expedited death penalty for those that we are really, really, really, really sure are soooo guilty that they need to be put immediately to death. Because even then it might be the wrong verdict. They can stay alive on our dime, Phil, while the justice process works itself out.

My extended family thanks you for paying your taxes while they work to keep you safe.

In this case and thousands of others there is no wrong verdict. Simple fact you are a pansey who cannot stomach putting someone to death, so hide behind BS. This "man" should be dead already.

Sure I can Phil. As soon as his appeals process has run.

I just don't want anyone exonerated after they have been put to death. /shrug

Phil, you're hyperventilating. I need you to take some deep breaths. Innnn. Ouuuuuuut. Innnnnnnnn. Ouuuuuut.

I kind of worry when our police officers get so riled up over stuff. And they're the ones that carry a piece out in public.
