Never been there before, so don't know the area. Looking for stuff to do with my 2 boys. They would love a mall, I'm sure.
Budget to stay is between $70.00-$90.00, good neighborhoods, bad neighborhoods. Thanks so much!

Well, the HoJo's off 99 and White Lane should be decent. Anything off Ming or Stockdale should be ok. Don't stay in Oildale.

And if I recall rightly the Sonic Burger joint is technically in Oildale. It's been awhile since I drove through there though.

Now Curmy don't be harsh. We need those oil workers in Oildale working in the oil fields. And they do get paid fairly decent wages for the work they do.

Yes, Oildale is not very pretty. It's a whole other world with tweakers and dentists. Try staying close to the 99' I think there's a Quality inn by airport drive before you get to Oildale.

When I lived there we hit the mall at East Hills.
But the Valley Plaza is ok also. Typical mall. /shrug
