Pesticide

How safe is the pesticide that is being sprayed in Dos Polos CA? the smell is so strong people get really bad head aches. Is there any way they can let the people know what day and time they are planning to spray. They are always spraying at all different hrs of the morning or at night.
by law aren't we suppose to know what kind of pesticide we are breathing in.
