EDD Web-Cert shows only 1 week to claim? (payment, date)

I recently received my award letter for my third fed-ed extension starting on 4/7 --- today, 4/21, I login to submit my bi-weekly claim and it only allows me to claim for the week 4/7-4/13

???

I was awarded another 4k over the next however many weeks starting on 4/7 why is it only showing for 1 week?

the last benefit payment i received was for the week ending 4/6--- i had $602.00 left before getting my regular payment of $588 for two weeks

i had assumed that i would get a check for $14.00 to finish off my tier 2 fed ed but I never did.

i then received an award letter allowing me another $4k in benefits claim date starting 4/7 it's now two weeks later the web cert only shows for 4/7-4/13
what gives?

i have not been able to view the claim paper physically as i am out of town for a couple days

any ideas? i have not yet submitted my claim for the one week 4/7-4/13 i'm awaiting to see why it is that way

is the reason this happened because i still had $14.00 left on tier 2 and this check will be for that amount and then i go back to regular two week filings?
