London-based TimesUK comes out with an annual ranking of the world's universities based on peer review, recruiter review, Intl faculty, faculty/student ratio, citations/ faculty and from there they determine an overall score.

California schools did very well in the latest Ranking.

Any list that includes Harvard but not SDSU is fixed. LOL
