That's why we are here posting, right? Exchange of ideas and all. Like I said, been here 30 some years, and
they are both frequently used.

I admit it's ironic I am saying it to you, but you seem to be stepping on my freedom of speech.

Thank you for your service.

No one is stepping on anybody's freedom of speech ... A bunch of us are just expressing that we find certain words and phrases obnoxious ... Which opinion we are as free to express as you are yours, no?

And I first lived in California in 1966 ... Same as the Mutt ... And he's never left, except for a couple years overseas. I believe that's longer than your 30 years, if years matter.

I note your objection.

And shall continue to use the terms as I find appropriate.

Since you have no desire to stop my use of the terms, I suppose we will just have to agree to disagree.

You find them obnoxious, I do not.

No, this does not constitute half the state.

No, just regular residents of LA, the Central Valley, Sacramento, Central Coast, Bay Area and up to Redding.

Common usage, sorry. I don't understand your need to be insulting over a difference of opinion on relatively
benign terms in common use..

Nobody in the Bay Area calls it "Frisco" unless they just got off the boat from someplace else.

LoL. Head to Oakland, San Jose, Santa Cruz, the whole area. Just not in SF itself that much. But yeah....

Spent probably a year of my life on vacation in those areas. Field trips, etc. It's said, you all just don't want to acknowledge it really.

I've never heard it in Oakland, Fremont, Santa Cruz, Marin, Lafayette, WC, etc. Maybe like I said, among transplants who never got with the program, and still speak Russian, or whatever most of the time.

Maybe you hang out with former cow-town residents, when you visit....
