Years ago, A couple times we enjoyed a FUN day going to San Juan Bautista, watching the parade, walking around town, going to the Rodeo...

We had FUN going to Bolado Park for the Hollister area Rodeo.

Is this where they have that huge pumpkin/Halloween farm? Sounds like there's a lot going on in Bishop!

Don't know about the pumpkin farm, but then Mule Days is held in the spring during the Memorial Day week. It's a real kick. It's like a horse show/rodeo only all the events are with mules. There's upwards of 60,000 people who attend and around 700 mules entered. They have some real wild and wooley event. They have a parade on the Saturday of that week. We go every year.
This will tell you all about it.
