Does the state of California have any types of programs for housing like for example, if I wanted my own house with utilities paid, food paid, etc. Through a company program? I heard that some people who have seriois issues or drug problems, etc. Can be enrolled in this type of living/housing situation with everything taken care of and a low income rent as well. Is this true or false?

If such a thing exists it would be through the CalWorks program in your county. Call them. I'm willing to bet that if you have to ask this question you would have already been enrolled in one of the other welfare systems already.

I wonder how many Californians would support their tax dollars being spent this way. It reads "Can I move to your state and have you support me?"
