Thumbs down Turlock

I am seeking information on how to contact a social service agency in Turlock to do a "well check" on my landlord and his elderly mother who he cares for. I am in Oregon but have spoken to Mr. Salazares by phone on several occasions and he appears to be incapacitated, either by the recent strokes or the medication he is on and I fear that neither may be getting the proper care they need. There are also issues regarding his property managers in Oregon whom we believe are taking advantage of Salazares illness and they are stealing a considerable amount of money from him. Salazares needs someone to assist him before he is robbed blind. I know he has other family somewhere in Oregon but have been unable to locate them, however the biggest concern at this point is getting someone locally to actually go to Salazares home and check on him and his elderly mother. There are times when Salazares seems slow but he understands everything we discuss and he is ready to fire the property manager. At other times when he clearly unable to hold a conversation or even remember conversation or information from the previous days.

Default Adult Protective Services Hotline # for Turlock, CA

Hi,
I did a Google search and cam up for this Adult Protective Services Hotline # (209) 468-3780. They should be able to help you. The number is actually listed for Stockton but since Turlock is smaller, that is where the main office for Adult CPS may be. Regardless, they will be able to help you and take a referral or direct you to the correct phone number.
