Comparison of Trinity County and Humboldt county in regards to buying raw land and building on it.

Has anyone done this in either county? How did it go?

I know about land prices, long drive times when off grid and whats available.

I currently live in Tehama county and all of my family live in Shasta County and you have to jump through hoops to get some things approved!!!

Hoping Trinity/Humboldt is much happier to have people moving into it.?

Is one county more farm animal friendly than the other? Goats for cheese making, Poultry for fresh eggs etc???

Thanks
Lorraine
