Most Hispanics are mixed right?

I thought hispanic had to be mixed and not pure blooded European or other race.

Hispanics can be of any racial background. There are Asian Hispanics who are 100% of Asian ancestry..

No, they're not by definition mixed. They're people whose ancestry is from a Spanish-speaking country. That's all "Hispanic" means. Some trace their lineage back to Spain, with no non-European mixing. Others might be black from Hispanic nations of the Caribbean (Cuba, Puerto Rico) or Central or South America. Some, like former President of Peru Alberto Fujimori, are Spanish-speaking but of Asian ancestry. Others are mixed American Indian with Spanish ancestry. Some are 100% native people (Mayan, Tarahumara, Quechua, Amazonian tribes, and so on). It's a very diverse category of people.

As to the OP (not to sidetrack from bizarre conversations about Hispanic blood percentages) as a white guy I'm not leaving California as long as they beautiful beaches and some of the most breathtaking geography and scenery in the world. I love California for so many other reasons than the people. People are people...they're more or less the same everywhere you go. I've lived in Minnesota, rural Virginia, coastal south Georgia, mountainous north Georgia, and So Cal. Liked all of them for different reasons and knew good and bad people in all of them.

I no longer fret over demographic trends because I have no control over them. I used to but why bother? Whatever is going to happen is going to happen meanwhile I'll be here:

And here:

So anybody claiming citizenship in any spanish speaking country of the Americas is Hispanic.

These types of threads are out to lunch. The issue is not "alluh them illegals" scaring away the whites. The real issue is hoards of white, Asian and various other elites turning the core coastal areas into a bunch of little Monacos. The Middle Class of all races, creeds and ethnicities it getting priced out and meanwhile all the good paying middle income jobs are melting away. Those who don't leave the state end up moving inland.

Anyone born and raised there. Fujimori, Mayan Nobel Prize winner Rigoberta Menchu, the Caribbean blacks on the coast of Honduras, the Amazon Indians suing Chevron in court, blonde Eva Peron, all Hispanics.
