Long term accomodation South Lake Tahoe

Hey, I'm moving to South Lake Tahoe for 5 months to work at Heavenly Ski Resort and I'm struggling to find a good place to stay, the motels I've looked at havn't really been to my liking, does anybody have any suggestions on any decent motels with cooking facilities?
