Default Specialist advice while choosing a Manufactured Home.
I am looking to buy a used manufactured Home and have already looked for one. Though I have checked it and am comfortable with it but I feel I need a specialist’s advice. Would some one be of help!

Used as in it's been installed and moved again? What year was it manufactured? They are nice enough to live in, but the value doesn't hold up like a stick built home and they're hard to finance. Where are you going to plant it?
