You missed the point. Anyone can take statistics, weight them however they see fit, and forecast business and job growth. That is what has happened. Or you can just see what has actually occurred. Your choice.

By the way, how many people forecast job growth for CA in 2011? How many people forecast the housing rebound for CA in 2011? The ones that did were busy buying property. The ones that misforecast were busy publishing doom magazine articles with catchy titles like "California Businesses Leaving in Droves". They were wrong.

All the people who misforecast California's rebound and did not buy real estate seem to be the ones now saying California real estate is too expensive. Why they didn't buy in 2009-2011 when they were on sale? Who knows....

JW2 - in another recent thread, mbell refused to believe single-function stats I provided from the Census and FBI. What I provided did not call for interpretation. Simple single-function statement. But now he wants us to all accept this author's interpretation of a multi-functional opinion analysis.

HEMET: Solar firm to expand, bring 150 jobs - Press Enterprise

Veeva buys office building in Pleasanton for expansion
