They're really scraping the bottom of the bucket now. We need a law that says yes means yes? I've know that since I was a kid and I didn't need a law telling me so. Must have been a long hot summer for the legislators in Sacramento this year. You'd think these college students would know the meaning of yes by now. Think of all the tuition they're paying to learn it.

No surprise that Kevin De Leon didn't make the State Legislature subject to the affirmative consent law as well as colleges. Somehow I don't think that would have passed...

It's a looney legislation. Thank God I'm single and never attended a university. California universities seem like unsafe grounds for young men.
