Thankyou, I Would imagine that seeing into a car was one of the safest ways to check a car. Isn't that one of the most difficult situations or something like that ?

To the best of my knowledge it is illegal in California to have the windshield heavily tinted, but a couple of days ago, this bmw behind me at a traffic light had the windshield so dark, I couldn't even see the driver, and it was in daylight.

I wonder how this driver get's away with that heavy tint.
