What's so good about In N Out? Convenient, cheap, tasty, better than 95% of other fast food options

I would have to say it's the employees. Every time I would go into a In N Out all the employees were very nice and seemed happy. The food in my opinion is far better than any other fast food place because like someone already said they have a much smaller menu and are just very good at what they make.

At least they pay their employees right.

It may be just ok compared to great burger joints, but it's fantastic when compared to Mcs, Wendy's, Burger King, Sonics and the other major fast food places. And I think that's what most people who love In-n-Out are comparing it to.

Anthony Bourdaine on one of his shows in L.A., the first thing he ate was In-N-Out and he raved it. That's definitely says something.

I do agree with that. In-N-Out isn't really competing against more expensive burger places like Shake Shack and Five Guys, but rather the major fast food chains. In that regard, it was amazing.

Love In-N-Out for the fresh ingredients, and get the lettuce wrapped since I don't eat bread. My only complaint is that since I can't eat ketchup or their thousand island sauce, I have to bring my own mayo if I want a condiment on my burger.

That said, when on the road, I'll do an instant U-Turn when I see one A plain In-N-Out is better than no In-N-Out.

The first thing I'm doing when I get back to California is eating a big California burrito and some in n out. Can't wait!
