To have an opinion you should have at least tried one before. And AGAIN, this is fast food burger talk not crappy montreal slop.

I dont need to try an In-N-Out burger to know what it tastes like, its just a burger, greasy piece of meat smothered in cheese wrapped in white bread. Survival food at best.
I might do burgers once or twice a year and rather than go to one of the usual fast food joints i'll go gourmet burger.
The burger joint i posted had dozens of different burgers the Mac-n-cheese is not my favorite. As for Montreals food its considered a gastronomical mecca world wide if through your experience you found the food to be slop perhaps your palate is not used to such fare.

You do need to try In N Out to comment on a thread about In N Out. Duh....
Montreal is second rate for foodies, when you have to import everything in winter because your frozen solid you cannot compete. I dont need to try any of it to know.
The burger joint you showed is horrible at best, just greasy slop, I dont need to taste it to know what it tastes like! See how that works?!

With over 23 thousand posts it's no wonder you've never tried an I&O Burger, you never leave your computer

In-N-Out is crap! When a burger joint has been around 100 years, it's got it going on……
the Spot in Carpinteria, Ca.
Carpinteria, CA: Almost 100 Years of Burgers at The Spot | Serious Eats
If you want your socks knocked off a block up the street is Sly's and a half pound burger that will.

Easy there saurdoh, it is a great "spot", but even reading the article, its good not great. I'll give it points for being in Carp though! No more blasphemous talk on I&O though.

I remember when I lived in LA, it was a 60-second walk from my apartment to In-N-Out. It was very dangerous.
