The menu is simple: just burgers, milk shakes, coffee and fries, plus soft drinks. It has been the same since they opened in about 1947.

I think In-N-Out's popularity is partly because of the old bumper stickers that people used to modify (trimming off the B and R), which caused the owners to drop Burger from the name entirely.
