I want to move somewhere isolated middle of nowhere barren no people for miles. I don't have to worry about money I make around 3-4k a month on the internet. What places offer a house and acres of land for rent under $1400 a month? And not just acres, but nobody living next to me, or very very few people in the same area. Also good air too I hear Bakersfield has horrible air quality. I tried big bear, lake arrowhead, crestline but you cant get acres on the mountains. thanks

Areas in southeastern Riverside County might qualify. Places like Anza, Sage, Aguanga, and up in the mountains around Garner Valley. Those areas are still very rural. I don't know about the rents though. The Anza Valley has a lot of open space. The San Jacinto Valley still has pockets of open land, but developers are quickly changing that. Some of those areas are high crime though; parts of San Jacinto/Hemet are ghetto.

Those wages are like poverty level for CA
Mountain land outside of resort towns is often state protected and preserved and not for sale
The more rural, the worse internet services choices

Concur with this. I would also be looking around other portions of Riverside (eastern half), and in general, all around the desert areas of the IE and just north of it (e.g. the Mojave).

um poverty is making $1000 a month at a part or full time job. I dont have to do anything and I make $4000 a month and can rent a studio for $1000 a month in hollywood if I wanted to. There are many houses to rent for $1200 -$1400 the more outside of LA you go. Show me how many people make $4000 a month not doing anything. I am practically ghetto rich, making 60k a year and single with no responsibilities

Yeah..... 4,000 a month times 12 months is not 60k. Not to mention taxes and what not. You won't be finding a home to rent with acres in California for $1,000 a month, or even $1,500 a month. You want nice, safe, rural, then prepare to spend more than 2k a month, also plan to drive a good 20+ minutes each way to eat or go to grocery shop.

I made 60k last year and paid $4000 in taxes buddy, I have lots of write offs and I run my own business so it comes to around $5000 a month, but sometimes its $3500 a month then $6000 the next..

Also in redding and mt. shasta there are many homes with acres and a nice house for under $1400. you don't know what you are talking about. I was going to go look at a house in pine mountain today with 2000sqft for $1200. you definitely have no idea what CA has to offer
