Just think, if the trucker owns his own truck, he's getting hit twice. Once at the pump and again at the grocery store

I let my tank get really, really low the other day and it cost me about $65 bucks to fill up. I believe the cost of premium was about $3.87 and supreme was about ten cents more. Oh, and I'm currently in Bakersfield, CA (central valley).

Best price in Van Nuys (San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles) for regular at my least expensive gas station is $3.80 per gallon today.
I'm predicting regular EVERYWHERE in California will be over $4 some time in May.
Hey, remember back in the good old days when gasoline was only $3 per gallon? And we were COMPLAINING!

This is the average price here in Humboldt county. Costco is about 10 cents cheaper.

Premium is generally 20 cents higher than regular. Best price in Los Angeles (see my earlier post) for premium was about $4.00 to $4.01.
Hello $4/gallon gas for you premium types. You may never see sub-$4 gasoline ever again.
