I paid $4.05 on Monday at my Shell station. There's nothing in this area under $4.00 now; even the ARCO stations are charging at least $3.99.

By the way I always quote the "87" (the cheapest). I drove an hour to shop and paid $3.959999999 at Costco. I am NOT paying $4.39! Makes me cringe.
