SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE is on a distinguished road
Default Yosemite Lakes?

Does anyone have knowledge of this area? We are looking at a home up in the hills and plan to work in Madera. We are particularly interested in road conditions/commute and general standard of living and demographics. Any issues with utilities, well water, power, garbage/recycling etc?

I don't think you will find any lakes in Yosemite Nat. Park that have any marinas or even boat ramps.

Check out Lake McClure Lake McClure & Lake McSwain and Lake Don Pedro just west of Yosemite Park. There is also lots of sailing going on at Lake Tahoe - I see lots of sailboats there during the summer.
