yeah that's a good point, california is receiving millions in taxpayer subsidies because of expensive rents.

californians love the feds but also love regulations maybe they should ban the computer programs if they really care about millenials

Correlation does not imply causation.

Here are some examples for you:

Dude I think you need to jump into a swimming pool in Arizona. I pay just $850 a month in rent. How much do you pay in California?

My coworker pays $735 a month for a 2 bedroom SF Bay Area single family home... her rent has not changed in over 10 years.

Don't believe everything you hear about high rents.

Also, we have rent control and currently there is a moratorium on rent increases...

What does that have to do with my comment?

Getting on an alt account doesn't change the fact you still have no clue what you're talking about.

Get real. How much DO you pay? I pay $850, all utilities included, even internet and cable.

Have family in california and ran across this thread on yieldstar. You guys are kooks to use yieldstar to line your pocketbooks at the corps like CONAM mgmt.

Agree, but corporate owned apartments aren't following these rules. Can they be prosecuted ? I hope they will be!

If you want to use this account as well go ahead. Just the multiple personality thing is sort of weird.

I'm actually financially literate so I pay $0 in rent. I have this thing call a mortgage.

That is great! Especially for the bay area. Wish the rest of the state would catch up but until supply meets the demands, rents will continue to climb. I've been helping a friend look for a place in Nevada County and, although I knew the col is higher, I had no idea rents were like that. The cheapest place is still $1,300/mo and by the looks of it shouldn't be over $900.
