Hi
I am moving back to the bay area with my family and am looking strongly at Danville. We have 2 young kids (4,2) and one on the way and would love any advice on neighborhoods in Danville for families. It looks as though Daville is split with East side and west side of the freeways. Either would be fine as long as the ride to the freeway wasn't too long as I will have to commute to walnut creek and antioch. Most important thing to us would be a kid friendly neighborhood. Could probably afford up to 1.3m but would be fine in something less expensive if the neighborhood was more of what we are looking for. I envision lots of little league and soccer games! Any other advice on choosing a house to rent or buy would be apprectiated. Thanks again!

Chris

My wife grew up in the Greenbrook neighborhood of Danville. Great neighborhood in my opinion. It is older (built in 70-80s I would think) if that's an issue for you. There's a community pool and access to Iron Horse Trail. That's all I know really since their house was literally right between the trail and pool. I think there's tennis courts and other stuff also.
