San Diego, CA, affordable safe apt. Ideas?
Hello, my wife and I are a military couple moving to San Diego, CA, very soon. Looking for a safe affordable(max $1400 preferably) reputable apt or even a condo some giving soul is wanting to rent. We have a cat and my wife Deena insists we must have either washer and dryer or the just the connections. Not too worried about an hour of commute time for the right price and square footage. Ideally we are looking for at least 800 sq ft. Hardwood floors would be awesome, at least in the living room, high ceilings would be a plus as well. We have been looking for the last few weeks exhaustively online. Please someone help.
