east palmdale..
how is this area? as far as crime, drugs, ghetto..and the like.
i've seen the threads. most of them say "it says its nice parts.." or close to that. but i don't see WHICH parts are the nice parts. I live in los angeles and i'm not familiar with palmdale, so could you please give some friendly insight?

It's aight; I'm tring to sacrifice my $500/month rent in lancaster to pay say,,,,, 1200/month mortgage in east palmdale if I can,,, so like i say,,,, it's aight.

East Palmdale = ghetto with nice homes. Around Domenic Massari Park is a bad area. Drugs, gangs, shootings, and fights are a fact of life.

East palmdale
East palmdale used to be nice. Now its nice if you don't mind section 8 all around you. I wouldn't buy here or lancaster if I had to choose now. I would look outside of the av. I know I want to leave!!!!
