I actually read the whole dang thing, but it took me several sessions to get through it all.

One of my fall backs, is that if it's a prop that involves changing the state constitution - I just vote no. I get nervous when they want to change the constitution. But, that's just when I don't have time to investigate all the ridiculous sneaky piggy-back junk they put into the prop, hidden in the massive text. And the funny thing is, even after reading the entire text, I almost always vote no to any prop that wants to change the constitution anyway.

Unfortunately, I think a lot of people vote based on what they see and hear in the advertisements, which of course are written in an often misleading manner using emotional issues.

We've been gone for seven years and it's something we DO miss. What we don't miss is low-information voters like several who have "outed" themselves in this thread.

I never got the sample ballot and polling location. I always vote and always have gotten it. Democrats always say there is no voter fraud. There sure is with me, they simply don't mail Republicans there sample ballot so they can't vote.
