Default Moving to Long Beach

Hello, I am planning on moving to Long Beach in Januarary. I have been searching online for apartments and I am having a tough time finding good apartments in the good parts of town. If anyone could please let me know of good places to live in the area. I am looking to stay on the east side of town, since I have heard this is the nicer area.

I would suggest that you look into Belmont Shore, Bluff Park, or Belmont Heights. It all depends on the rent you are willing to pay. I also suggest that you look at the Grunion Gazette, which is the local paper (I am not sure of the website, but you can Google). You will find the best apartments listed here. Do not use the Press-Telegram. Are you a student, are you relocating for work - give me your range of prices and I may have more suggestions. Good luck.
