LOL Department of Numbers.com?

It's where I go whenever I want to see original data twisted to serve a point.

Fake News? I found the source.

They are the BLS numbers reformatted. I am not sure I understand your point. If any.

That's Bureau of Labor Statistics data, my friend. Dept of Numbers just builds the tables, they don't create the numbers. Please do a little research before displaying so much ignorance.

Only San Diego, the Bay Area, and SLO are meaningfully below the nat'l average, LA is right at it.

This is troubling in light of declining venture capital, and San Diego's dependence on the military, though the latter could pick up over the next few years.

Moreover, for all the do gooder concern in the Bay Area about poverty, why are we so nonchalant about our neighbors less than 100 miles away who are struggling terribly?
Considering how the Govt calculates unemployment, this is a good sign.

People in CA are applying for jobs.

Compared to the Red States where people have given up on applying for jobs and instead, collecting welfare or live in trailer parks.
