Chinatown Project in San Luis Obispo
Good Morning Fellow Posters,
I come to you for your wealth of information. I am looking to buy a business right smack dab where the Chinatown Project (Copeland Brothers) is intended to go in. It won't take my building, but will back right to it.
My questions to you all are:
Do you know the project?
Do you have thoughts on it?
The City tells me it will more than likely go through, and ground breaking will start in the middle of 2010.
Would you all buy a business now, knowing that construction will be on your back door in possibly two years?
Any help would be SO appreciated.
