Has anyone else noticed the amazing sunsets this winter? Let's see your pics if you've taken any! Here are few from tonight during a paddle board session after work in Monterey.

Gorgeous. You could sell posters of those.

Well, no, I haven't noticed sunsets here in San Jose. But, I did see the blue/red moon and it's eclipse. Very cool.

I regularly see the sunrises and they've been pretty, too. Alas, I never take photos of them.

Thanks, NoMoreSnow. These were just quick snaps from my cellphone. I was surprised the colors actually came through at least in part. Yeah, I've seen some nice sunrises also though I'm typically on the way to work. So not much time to shoot pics then.

Wow, I can't believe you took those with your cell phone! Goes to show how much just composition matters - how you line up the shot, or however it's described. You're a true master.

There are situations where my cell shots shots look a little better for one reason or the other... especially when its the only thing I have with me like here while out paddleboarding.

I don't know if these qualify as "epic," but it was a nice sunset! From Los Altos, taken a few days ago...

Yeah ... amazing the fish a kid can catch sometimes with a bamboo pole, no reel, and a lively worm, eh?
