Not only that, they love to BEG CA corporations to move their they backward state. lol

You know you live in a crappy state when your own Govt is BEGGING corporations to move there, yet not many takers.

Offering zero to low State income tax, yet not many takers.

Heck, most red states allow sex with girls under 18. Yet even Pedophiles don't want to live there. LMFAO. (I take that back, Red states have the HIGHEST registered sex offender list).

I guess the next step to Reduce the list is to lower the age of consent.

Wonder what is next for this backward state.

CA invents iPhone. Red States invents inbreeds. hahaha

CA has Tesla. Red States has Mormons with 18 wives.

It's also mind boggling when you realize California has a larger economy than either Mexico or Canada...California truly is a leader and a innovator of so much.

You honestly think that Red States woke up one morning and thought, "Hey let's steal and mooch off of Cali's tax dollars"?

Where are you getting the info about Cali funding Red States? We've all seen the stats about what states gives and takes. But I have a hard time believing that Cali magically gives their tax dollars to Red States.

How about we just let the Bay Area and Los Angeles County secede, along with the coastal towns in between like Santa Barbara and Monterey? Or let the San Andreas sink it into the ocean like in 10.5, 2012, and the movie San Andreas.

And the country should keep the Central Valley, the Sierras, the Desert, Orange County, Riverside/San Bernardino counties, and San Diego because they lean conservative.

Aside from the Central Valley, most agriculture/farming is in Red States. Most oil is in Red States. How are you going to eat or put gas in your car if Cali lacks those resources?

LOL, by importing it. CA is rich enough to buy oil instead of polluting our own land.

Those California cheer leaders, that keep fueling these threads, with look at us, we live in California, and we are the greatest.

Lets look at facts about California.

1: California due to high cost of living, is in 42nd place for the purchasing power of their salaries, even if the salary is highest in California. It is amazing, how well people in other states can live better than those in California due to their lower salaries. This chart is from 2015, as it is still to early to have the latest figures for 2016 all in. But no matter what, California is still an overpriced place to live compared to most other states, and any higher salaries are worth less than most other states in the country when it comes to living on the incomes the people receive.

#2: The purchasing power of $100 in salary by state. California is considered a poor state, not a rich one like so many in California think they are.

3: Real Unemployment rate. The U-6 unemployment rate, which gives the real picture of state unemployment rate shows California is third worst in the nation. Only beat out for first place by Arizona and New Mexico.

https://www.bls.gov/lau/stalt.htm

4: By far the highest poverty rate in the nation. And the highest rates in California are in the highly populated areas. California has added a lot of jobs of late, but the problem is a huge percentage are low paying jobs.

s-states-are-poor-or-rich/

5: GDP. It is highest in the country in California, which is only due to the total number of people in the state. The true count is what is the GDP on a per capita basis. This equalizes the GDP between states, and gives a true measure of the state. California is not #1 when adjusted to compensate for differences in population, but only 29th, based on the per capita. To equalize the position of the state, is adjusted for the cost of living. Click the graph to enlarge which will allow you to see the real place in the GDP evaluation for each state.
